Lemon yellow with golden reflections, dense.
It leaves us equally its varietal character and its passage through barrel, balanced. Herbaceous hints, citrus (grapefruit), ripe peach and fennel.
Unctuous, dense, with good acidity that increases and enhances its passage in the mouth. In aftertaste the subtle hints of vanilla that melt into touch cream, lemon mousse. There is also an ending aniseed that leaves a balsamic sensation.
